Works at the University of the Sunshine Coast as a Field Education Officer and social work supervisor. Natalie also specializes in supervision for EAP/EAL practitioners, as well as EAL as a form of supervision and support for burn out and stress. Natalie has studied a Bachelor of Social Work and a postgraduate certificate from the University of Denver on the Human Animal Bond. Natalie is currently completing her Masters of Social Work by research in the field of Equine Assisted Practice.
