Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Sessions

Adults, Adolescents & Children

Individual Psychotherapy Sessions are offered to both private clients and clients on GP Mental Health Care Plans.

Individual Sessions may include Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Animal Assisted Psychotherapy, Nature Assisted Psychotherapy or Room-based Psychotherapy.

Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy sessions include a play-oriented, brain-emotional-social based model which includes a mindful, relational and developmental perspective supporting the young persons’ health, healing and well-being.

Psychotherapy can be an empowering process supporting a variety of mental health and personal development needs/areas, including:

Where are equine sessions held?

The Equine Psychotherapy Institute, Daylesford area, Victoria.

When are sessions available?

We can schedule sessions on Thursdays and Fridays between 9.00 am – 5.00pm

Fees

1-hour EAP Session: $200

2-hour EAP Session: $380

Room, Phone, Skype, Teletherapy (no equine component) 1-hour Session: $120

About Meggin Kirby

Meggin is an Author, Founder of Equine Psychotherapy Institute, Mental Health Social Worker, Gestalt Psychotherapist, I-Thou horsewoman. She has more than 20 years as a practicing mental health worker and psychotherapist and is experienced in working with range of clients with complex needs. All her work is trauma-informed and uniquely delivered to each unique client.
